Doris Ann Coomes

Doris Ann Coomes, 63, of Owensboro, died Monday, February 25, 2002 at the Owensboro Mercy Health System. The Owensboro native was retired from Mercy Hospital where she worked in the Medical Records Section. She was a member of Blessed Mother Catholic Church and was a member of the Army of Mary.

She is survived by a brother, Paul Coomes of Owensboro; a sister, Jacque Hammond of Lexington; and 10 nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are 12 Noon Thursday, February 27, 2002 at Blessed Mother Catholic Church with burial in Resurrection Cemetery. Friends may call at the Glenn Funeral Home from 4-8 P.M. on Wednesday and after 9 A.M. on Thursday. Prayers will be said at 6 P.M. on Wednesday.
