Donnie C. Phelps, 76 of Pleasant Ridge passed away Friday, August 3, 2018 at Heartford House. He was born January 4, 1942 to the late Arthur and Lois Phelps. He was a Vietnam Veteran retiring from the Army after 22 years of service.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Lilli Phelps; his 4 children, Manuela Stanley, Robert Phelps, Steven (Tricia) Phelps, and Angela Behl; his 11 grandchildren; his 10 great grandchildren.
The memorial service will be 2PM Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Rev. Eddie Duke will officiate. The visitation will be 1PM until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Western Kentucky c/o Heartford House or Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
