Donnie Joe McMahan

Donnie Joe "Stalker" McMahan passed away April 26, 2014 at his home in Utica, KY. He was born on July 12, 1938 to the late George and Mary McMahan. Donnie Joe retired from UPS after working 35 years as a truck driver. He was one that enjoyed spending time on the road with his motorcycle. Donnie Joe also enjoyed vintage cars and trucks, UK basketball, and was able to fix anything. He was his wife's Prince Charming and loved his family dearly. He was loving, kind, compassionate, patient, loved by everyone, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Donnie was preceded in death by sisters; Martine Newcomb and Mary Cilia, and brothers, Melvin McMahan, Bill McMahan, George McMahan, and Vernon McMahan.

Survivors include his wife and best friend, Lora McMahan; daughter, Carla McMahan; son, Shannon (Lisa) McMahan, step-daughter Brittney (Michael) Watson; step-son Justin Little; granddaughters, Cody King, Madison McMahan, Savannah (Jared) Stinnett. Aubrey Little; grandson, Jaymin Watson; great-grandchildren Bryer Hardin and Hank Stinnett; sisters Shirley Young, Dorothy Nuckols, and Bonnie (Jimmy) Snyder, and special friends Richard Burton, Jim Kolze, Leslie McLimore, Bill Vincent, Ronnie Jervis, and Jessie Ray Taylor.

Services will be 10AM Wednesday April 30, 2014 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be Tuesday 4-8PM and again Wednesday from 9AM until the time of service. Burial will take place at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Yellow Creek Baptist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
