Donna F. Rhineburger-Walls

Donna Faye (Head) Rhineburger Walls, 67, of Owensboro, passed away on May 17, 2012 at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late Edward and Magaline (York) Head.

Donna was a loving and dedicated mother, grandmother, great grandmother and homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith. Donna loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a loyal friend to many and enjoyed music (especially country), movies, all things Elvis and traveling with her daughters. Donna spent much of her life in Chicago and enjoyed returning to visit. She was not afraid to try new things and even became a Black Belt in Karate.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Christopher Gordon Rhineburger in 1964.

She is survived by four daughters, Jowanna C. Kariott (David) of Plainfield, IL, Lisa R. Royal (Mark) of Fordsville, Christie Baize (Patrick) of Owensboro and Shannon Rhineburger of Owensboro; grandchildren, Amber, Ariel and Autumn Kariott, Shawn Rhineburger, Cassidy Royal, Madison and Megan Buchannon, Ryan and Ciera Baize; a great grandson, Matthew Flynn; brothers, Billy Head, Richard "Dicky" Head (Mary Catherine) and Bruce Dale Head, all of Owensboro and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 19 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be at Rosehill Cemetery. The visitation will be on Friday from 3:00 until 8:00 PM and on Saturday after 9:00 AM at the funeral home.
