Donald Ray Bray, 69, passed away Monday, May 26, 2014 at The Heartford House. He was born on March 10, 1945 in Daviess County to the late John and Geneva Bray.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 38 years Carolyn Conway Bray on August 15, 2005.
Donald worked for the Tri-State Supply Company and Owensboro Supply Company. He worked in the oil field business up until the time of his death. Donald retired from Airgas in 2010. Donald was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed golfing, UK Basketball, and spending time with his friends.
He is survived by one daughter Jennifer (Allen) Aldridge, one sister, Mary Burns, and one brother, John Bray.
Services will be 12:00 noon Thursday May 29, 2014 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Pastor Anthony Cobb officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Wednesday and from 10 am until time of service on Thursday. Burial will follow at Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to The Heartford House.
