Don Saunders
January 21, 1955 — November 28, 2008
Don Saunders, 53 of Owensboro passed away Saturday, November 28, 2008 at his home. Born January 21, 1955, Mr. Saunders was the son of the late Vivian Lake Sanders; was a maintenance contractor with Western Kentucky Energy; and enjoyed camping and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Donya Saunders in 1983.
Mr. Saunders is survived by his wife of 26 years, Janice Carter Saunders; a son, Luke Saunders of Owensboro; a daughter, Amanda Saunders of Owensboro; and a brother, Mike (and Joan) Sanders of Port Orange, FL.
Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at Glenn Funeral Home followed by burial in Bells Run Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. on Monday and after 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
