Dennis C. Bartlett

Dennis C. Bartlett, 72, passed away on April 17, 2019 at U.K. HealthCare. He was born in Daviess County July 15, 1946 to the late Roy and Dorothy Bartlett. Dennis retired from Whirlpool after 35 years and went on to work at Owensboro Daviess County Regional Airport. He served in the Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran. Dennis loved horses. He also enjoyed U.K. Basketball the Kentucky Derby, gardening and the summer time. He was often called "Smiley" and always lightened up the room. Dennis was preceded in death by a son, Dennis DeWayne Bartlett.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 51 years, Janet Bartlett; daughter, Angela Cobb (Dennis); grandson, Dylan Logan Cobb; brothers, Mike Bartlett and Randy Bartlett; and sister, Sandra Ezell.
