Deborah "Debbie" Blincoe

Debbi Ferguson Hunter Blincoe, 50, passed away December 24, 2017 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born May 30, 1967 in Madisonville, KY. Debbi loved people and enjoyed taking care of them. She showed this daily by loving her family and also being a social worker. Debbi was a good cook and always had a great smile and will be missed by so many.

Debbi was preceded in death by her father, Foley Pendley and her cat she had for 25 years, Ms. Foo.

She is survived by her husband, Delbert Blincoe; daughters, Devin Hunter and Dalyn Hunter; granddaughters, Kayden Wood and Maddie Wood; mother, Judy Pendley; sisters, Pamela Mackay and Elizabeth "Dinky" Moss; step-children, Jamie Hayes and Janessa (Jason) Stephens; step-grandchildren, Jacob Blair, Presley Stephens and Piper Stephens and her furry four-legged friends, Prissy and Hank.

Services are private.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society to further the fight against Breast Cancer.
