Debbie J. Ferguson

Debbie J. Ferguson, 41, of Owensboro, died Friday, July 3, 2009, at the Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born November 26, 1967 to Leonard and Martha Louise Parks Anthony in Daviess County. She had worked as a care giver at Fern Terra and enjoyed puzzle books, sewing, NASCAR, wrestling and being with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Anthony.

Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Bernie "Jay" Ferguson; her sons, B. J. Ferguson, III, and his wife, Chasity of Owensboro, Chris Ferguson and Dustin Ferguson, both of Owensboro; a step-son, Blake Todd Jump, Jr., and his wife, Melissa of Scott Air Force Base in IL; her four grandchildren, Makayla Ferguson, Keria, Isaiah, and Brayden Jump; her mother, Louise Anthony of Owensboro; her sister, Elizabeth Dennis and her fianc, Roland Queen of Owensboro; two nieces, Summer and Dorothy Queen, and one nephew, Joseph Queen; her mother-in-law, Carolyn Diane Ferguson of Owensboro.

Services will be 12:00 PM Wednesday, at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Yellow Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday and after 9:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home.
