David Philip Smeathers
June 14, 1912 — April 8, 2001
Mr. David Philip Smeathers, 88, of Lewisport, died Sunday, April 8 at the Hermitage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Owensboro. The Daviess County native was a retired farmer.
He was preceded in death by his wife Juanita Brown Smeathers in 2000.
He is survived by a daughter, Linda Frakes of Reynolds Station , a granddaughter and 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services are 11:30 A.M., Wednesday, April 11, at the Peace Chapel, Rosehill Cemetery with burial following. Friends may call at the Glenn Funeral Home from 10-11 A.M. Wednesday.
