David Ray Peters, 53, of Owensboro passed away Saturday, November 15, 2008 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Born in Daviess County on June 22, 1955, he was a cosmetologist and member of Woodlawn United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his parents, Donald R. and Martha Klein Peters of Owensboro; sisters, R. Gene ( and Michael) Lambing of North Carolina and Trisha ( and Allen) Dixon of Florida; and his companion, Michael Sharp of Owensboro.
Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday, November, 18, 2008 at Glenn Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Spurrier officiating followed by burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Monday and after 12 noon on Tuesday at the funeral home.
