David Alan Mann

David Alan Mann, 79, of Owensboro, passed away December 6, 2025, at home. He was born in Charleston, WV on October 15, 1946, to the late Charles and Mary Davis Mann. David was a member of Owensboro Christian Church. He was a Veteran of the United States Army where he learned the skills of audiology. David received a Master of Science Degree and from 1988, until his retirement in 2021, was the owner of The Hearing Center. He enjoyed traveling, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts.

David was also preceded in death by his sisters, Patti Ogles and Martha Posey.

He is survived by his wife, Deanna Mann; son, Aaron Mann; daughters, Cari Addington, Laura (Jinnah) Sayed, and Rachel Mann (Christopher Thompson); grandchildren, Caitryn Addington, Rebecca (Logan) Fuqua, Hallie Mann and Yusuf Sayed; one great-granddaughter, Billie Grace Fuqua and one great-grandchild on the way.

Honoring David’s wishes, the family will not be holding services. Care by Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
