David Allen Hall, Sr.

David Allen Hall, Sr, 65, of Sacramento, KY, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2026. He was born March 25, 1961, in Owensboro, to the late Donald Hall, and Rebecca Fulkerson Hall Braden. He was a 1980 graduate of Owensboro High School. David was a member of the Local 633 Pipefitter’s Union, retiring after 43 years. His father and 2 sons were also members of the Local 633. David spent many years in a supervisory position and was highly respected by those he worked with. It was well known that if David found out a coworker had a birthday, that person was going to receive a birthday paddling. He enjoyed attending his children’s athletic events and taking his family to UK basketball games. David’s taste in music was broad, as he enjoyed Elton John, Bruno Mars, Gospel, and many other genres of music.

Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Robin Hall; nephew, Chris Bailey; and his stepfather, Jack Braden.

David is survived by his mother, Rebecca Braden; his wife of 32 years, Sandy Boarman Hall; sons, David Allen Hall Jr (Samanth Jean), Bradley Andrew Hall (Ashley); daughters, Samantha Jo Carter (Cameron), Lauren Hall (Lindsay), Brooke Hall (Noah Guffey); grandchildren, Emma Carter, Kirstyn Hall, Tyler Hall, Annsley Hall, and Bradley Hall.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, June 1 at 2:00 p.m. at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, with the visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on the same date. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Rosehill-Elmwood Cemetery.
