David Anthony Clark, 57, formerly of Owensboro, Kentucky, died Wednesday, April 17 in Lincoln, Nebraska. He was born March 4, 1956 in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late Marion Anthony and Sue Ellen (Barker) Clark. He attended Owensboro High School, and was a 1980 graduate of Owensboro Vocational Technical School, where he studied Communications Electronics. A US Navy Veteran, he was an Aviation Machinist's Mate Airman Apprentice in Meridian, Mississippi.
He was preceded in death by a brother, James Michael Clark.
David enjoyed electronics, was an avid camper, and loved to travel.
Survivors include sisters, Rebecca Clark Lawrence of Cottonwood, AZ and Kathy Clark of Owensboro; brothers, Marc Clark and his wife Cara of Newburgh, IN, Dennis Clark and his wife Cecilia of Chicago, IL; nephews, Aaron Clark, Nicholas Lawrence, Matthew Lawrence, Benjamin Clark, Daniel Clark; a niece, Rachel Clark; and a great nephew, Max Lawrence.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:30 PM on Tuesday, April 23 at Immaculate Catholic Church. Fr. Tony Jones will officiate. Burial will be at St. Peters Cemetery in Waverly, Kentucky. Friends may visit after 10 AM on Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
