Darlene Chandler White

Darlene Chandler White, 64, of Owensboro, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born January 27, 1952 in Daviess Co., to the late Alvin and Flossie Rickard Chandler. Darlene was of the Catholic faith and was retired from Hermitage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as a licensed practical nurse. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and traveling.

Darlene was survived by her husband of 42 years, William "Bill" White, her son, Jeremy White of Owensboro, two grandchildren, Parker and Austyn White, both of Owensboro, a sister, Gloria June Yeiser and husband Stan of Owensboro, a brother, John P. Chandler and wife Opal of Owensboro, and several nieces and nephews including Nancy Kavolus and Sheila Burley, both of Owensboro.

Services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, October 22, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Friday and after 9:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
