Darla Jo Robinson

Darla Jo Robinson, 47, of Owensboro passed away Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Bon Harbor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born March 31, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lillian Vanover Robinson; was a homemaker and retired registered nurse; and was a member of Masonville Baptist Church. She enjoyed caring for people, singing, playing the flute and piano, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by a son, Matthew Gordon Sugg of Henderson; a daughter, Amy Nicole Rose of Corydon, KY; brothers, Rick Robinson of Owensville, IN, Mike Robinson and Kent Robinson of Evansville, David Robinson of Ft Branch, IN, Danny Rainey of Indianapolis, and Jerry Buttery of Cherry Point, SC; sisters, Sue Kilpatrick of Los Angeles, CA, Sally Redding of Springfield, IL, and Sheri Wilson of Portland, TN; a cousin, Jack Graham of Owensville, IN; and many caring friends and caregivers.

Services are 2 p.m. Monday, June 7, 2010 in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be from 12 till 2 P.M. on Monday at the funeral home.
