Curtis Edward Rohrer

Curtis Edward "Eddie" Rohrer, 64, of Owensboro, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2014 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born on July 21, 1949 in Logan Co., KY. He had been employed as a draftsman and was a graduate of Daviess Co. High School and Brescia College. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter C. Rohrer, a brother, Michael Rohrer, a sister, Becky Rohrer, and a son-in-law, Wade Strain.

Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Cathy Payne Rohrer, his mother, Neva Dockins Rohrer of Owensboro, three daughters, Rebecca O'Bryan and husband Tim of Owensboro, Zoe Strain and fianc Scott Ling of Owensboro, and Sarah Henderson and husband Bryan of Philpot, five grandchildren, Kayla and Zachary O'Bryan, Emma Strain, and Lily and Lucy Henderson, two brothers, Steve Rohrer and wife D.J. and Alex Rohrer, all of Owensboro, and several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

Private services will be held at Resurrection Cemetery. A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 22 from 1:00-3:00 P.M. at Dawson Baptist Church in Philpot.
