Connie Rose Hall, 70, of Owensboro, died Monday, December 21, 2009, at her home. She was born November 3, 1939 to Robert and Ruth Stinnett Poole in Daviess County. She was a member of Deliverance Christian Center, and was the former owner of Connie's Caf and Connie's Castleburgers. She had worked at GE Motorplant for 7 years and was currently employed at 54 Wal-Mart. Connie was a giving person and had a great sense of humor. She enjoyed reading, flower gardening and working puzzles. She loved spending time with her family, also her 54 Wal-Mart and Sam's Club families, whom she loved very much.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Poole, a brother, Dale Poole, a great-granddaughter, Cadience Hall, and a nephew, Jason Livers.
Survivors include her mother, Ruth Livers of Owensboro; her sons, Robert E. (Mary Ann) Hall, and Donald Lee Hall, Jr., all of Owensboro; four grandchildren; Laura, Kristin Brooke, and Jordan Hall, and Jacob Livers; her brothers, Jimmy (Sharlene) Poole of Spotsville, Mike Wells, Louis Livers, both of Owensboro, her sister, Wanda Craig of Owensboro; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday, and after 10:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Western Kentucky, 3419 Wathens Crossing, Owensboro, KY 42301.
