Colleen Bouser

Colleen Bouser, 58, of Owensboro, passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2016 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born December 31, 1957 in Jefferson Co., Ky to the late Richard Earl and Lorene Sharpe Humphress. Colleen was a member of Settle Memorial United Methodist Church and a graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College. She enjoyed music, playing board games, collecting model lighthouses, and Precious Moments miniatures. She especially loved spending time with her children. Colleen was also preceded in death by her husband, Rev. James Robert "Bob" Bouser on August 13, 2011 and her brother, David Earl Humphress in 2013.

Surviving are her sons, Blake Bouser and Brian Bouser, both of Owensboro, two grandchildren, her sister, Linda Bridwell of Louisville, and a very special friend, Rachel Pritchard and her husband Robert of Owensboro.

Services will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, June 9, in the Shepherd Center at Settle Memorial United Methodist Church. Commital services and burial will be Thursday afternoon in Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory and after 9:00 A.M. Thursday at Settle Memorial.
