He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother; Laura K. O'Bannon.
Left behind to mourn Colby are his two parents; Aaron and Tabitha Johnston, his maternal grandmother; Stephanie Eric of Owensboro, his paternal grandfather, Terry Johnston of Owensboro. His four siblings; Aliyah Hardin, Camdyn, Jamison and Brycen Johnston.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM at Owensboro Memorial Gardens on Saturday, November 10, 2012.
