Clara Lee Taylor

Clara Lee Taylor, 80, of Owensboro, passed away November 14, 2023.  She was born in Elizabethtown to the late Frank D. and Lula H. Coakley.  Clara Lee was a teacher for Owensboro Catholic Schools and enjoyed knitting, playing the piano and watching U.K. sports.  She was also preceded in death by brothers, Frank Coakley and Stuart Coakley and son, Ben C. Taylor.

Clara Lee is survived by daughter, Heather (John) Roos; grandchildren, Hunter (Makayle) Lee and Harrison (Kylie) Lee; step-grandchildren, Kristin Roos and Davis Roos and niece, Karen (Matt) Hawkins. 

Services are private.  Care by Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
