Christopher Wayne Shorty Head, 29, of Owensboro, died Tuesday, September 7, 2004 in Muhlenberg County. Formerly employed by Clayton Mobile Homes, he attended Owensboro Christian Church through The Lighthouse.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle Hoover Head, a step-daughter, Hayley Nicole Head, his mother, Debbie Head Roberson, his father, Darrell Head, a brother, William Louden Head, two sisters, Crystal McMannaway and Wendy Divine, his grandparents, Patsy and George Head, and his great-grand mother, Mary Ridings.
The service is at 3:00 p.m. Friday at Glenn Funeral Home where visitation will be after 1:00 p.m. Friday
