Christine Hinton

Christine Hinton, 80, of Owensboro, died Thursday, March 26, 2009, at the Morgantown Care and Rehabilitation Center in Morgantown, KY. She was born December 21, 1928, to the late George and Jessie Fenwick Pryor in McLean County. She was a member of St. Stephens Cathedral and had worked at Glenmore Distillery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Manley Hinton, a son, Manley Joseph Hinton, Jr., and two brothers, John Pryor and James Pryor.

Survivors include her son, George S. Hinton of Owensboro, her daughters, Angela Ferguson of Morgantown, Sharon Baird of Henderson, and Judy Cook of Owensboro; eleven grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren; a sister, Loretta Frailey of Calhoun.

Services will be 5:00 PM Friday, at Glenn Funeral Home, with visitation from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM Friday.
