Charles H. Turner, Jr., 48, of 560 Cotton Lane, Whitesville, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born in Daviess Co., Ky. and was employed at Dart Polymers as an Instrumentation & Controls Technician. He was a member of River City Church and was a U. S. Army veteran. He loved raising horses, flying model airplanes, working on his farm, and spending time with his granddaughter.
Surviving is his wife of 25 years, Jaynie Turner, his three children, Donna Kaye Turner and Charles H. Trey Turner III, both of Whitesville, and Jessica Ailes of Indianapolis, his parents, Patsy & Tony Newman of Nashville, Tn. and Charles H. & Nova Turner, Sr. of Russellville, Ky., his grandmother, Margaret Moseley of Nashville, a granddaughter, Chloe McKay Frizzell, at home, a brother, Mickey Turner of Henderson, and three sisters, Elizabeth & husband Roger Nunn of Utica, Annette Donahue of Nashville, and Wendy & husband Eric Jones of Evansville, and several aunts & uncles..
Services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, July 15, at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Bells Run Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00-8:00 P.M. Friday and after 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
