Charles Farris

Charles "Buddy" Farris, Jr., 46, of Owensboro, passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born on July 14, 1966 in Jefferson Co., KY. He had attended Nickel Ridge Holiness Church and enjoyed working with computers and electronics. He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Henry on November 17, 2002 and a grandfather, Charles Edward Shultz in 1988.

He is survived by his mother, Brenda Henry of Owensboro, his son, Brandon Farris of Owensboro, two daughters, Samantha and Brenda Farris of Home, PA, a grandmother, Bertha Fraley of Panther, three sisters, Samantha Shelton of Owensboro, Danielle Kittle of Metropolis, IL, and Kristi Tran of Greensboro, N. C., a brother, Larry Divine of Jeffersonville, IN, his best friend and the mother of his children, Tammy Hart of Pennsylvania, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 24 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
