Charles Ann DeNardi

Sister Charles Ann DeNardi, 92, an Ursuline Sister of Mount Saint Joseph, died Friday, December 17, 2004, at Mount Saint Joseph, in her 74th year of religious life.
A native of St. Mary, she was an educator for 43 years. She taught at St. William, Knottsville (1957-59) and St. Alphonsus, St. Joseph (1959-60). She also taught in many schools in the Louisville Archdiocese, in New Mexico and Missouri. For 13 years she served in outreach ministry in Louisville.
Survivors include one brother, the Rev. Charles DeNardi of Owensboro, nieces and nephews, and the members of her religious community.
The funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 20, at Mount Saint Joseph, where visitation will begin Sunday at 4 p.m., with a wake service following at 6:30 p.m.
Glenn Funeral Home, Owensboro, is in charge of arrangements.
