Charles M. Crowe

Charles M. Crowe, 63, of Owensboro passed away Monday, December 18, 2006 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Born in Daviess County on May 18, 1943, Mr. Crowe was a Financial Planner with Lincoln Financial and had completed the Life Underwriters Training Council; was a member of St. William Catholic Church, and an Army veteran. He was an avid golfer and member of Windridge Country Club where he was on the Board of Directors and loved Bluegrass Music. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles R. Crowe in 1997.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Jane Roach Crowe; sons, Jeff Crowe of Utica and Duane ( and his wife Lori ) Crowe of Alexandria, KY; grandchildren, Charles David Crowe and Jeffrey Michael Crowe; his mother, Lucy Young Crowe of Owensboro; brothers, Terry L. ( and Debbie) Crowe of Nashville and Rod (and Kathryn) Crowe of Owensboro; sisters, Mary (and Bill ) Brown of Cincinnati, Cecilia (and David) McCarty of West Louisville, and Patricia ( and Bob ) Goetz of Philpot; and several nieces and nephews.

Services are 11 A.M. Friday, December 22, 2006 at St. William Catholic Church with burial following in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 P.M. on Thursday and from 9 to 10 A.M. on Friday at Glenn Funeral Home where prayers will be said at 7 P.M. on Thursday evening.
