Chad Michael Jones

Chad Michael Jones, 36, of Owensboro passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at his home. He was born January 18, 1982 in Elkins, WV to Kenzie M. and Cindy Simpson Jones. Chad loved music, the outdoors, camping, hunting, and especially enjoyed fishing. His biggest passion was his photography and sharing it with others. Along with his family, he had so many friends, too many to list, who cared for and loved him more than words can express. Although Chad had many struggles throughout his life, his family was so very proud of him.

He was preceded in death by his aunt, Julie A. Johnson; and grandfather, William Lee Simpson.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Kenzie and Cindy Jones; sisters, Kelly Jones and Caleb Hawkins with their daughter Lucy Hawkins, Kristi Jones and Timothy "TJ" Woodard, and Courtney Allen and her husband Matt; several aunts, uncles, and cousins whom he was very close to; and grandparents, Jean and Kenzie Jones, and Barbara and Mike Smith.

The family invites you to join them for a celebration of Chad's life, 5PM Saturday, February 10 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Rick Wilson officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 1 until 5PM at the funeral home.
