Carter David Mayfield

Carter David Mayfield, six weeks old, died Friday, November 5, 2010, at his home. He was born September 26, 2010 to Kristen Gentry and Jonathan Mayfield in Daviess County.

Survivors including his mother and father, is a sister, Camryn Gentry; his maternal grandparents, Scott and Tracey Gentry of Owensboro, his paternal grandparents, Roger and Debbie Mayfield of Owensboro; maternal great-grandparents, Jim and Sharon Klinglesmith, and Don and Alice Ward, all of Owensboro; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Monday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Services and burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the March of Dimes, 4802 Sherburn Lane, Louisville, KY 40207.
