Carter Tate Divine, 2-month-old son of Shannon and Steve Divine of Owensboro, died Tuesday, January 28, 2003 at Kosiar Childrens Hospital in Louisville.
Other survivors include his sister, Hannah Kate Divine, his grandparents, Ginger Carter and Curtis Carter of Owensboro and Helen and Wayne Divine of Central City, his great-grandparents, Doris Howe and Bob Howe of Owensboro and Gladys Divine of Central City, three aunts, two uncles and three cousins.
Visitation will be from noon until 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2003 at Glenn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
Expression of sympathy may take the form of donations to Kosair Childrens Hospital, attention Pastoral Care, 231 East Chestnut Street, Louisville, KY 40202.
