Carolyn A. Lewis

Carolyn A.(Davenport) Lewis, passed away on Monday, July 10, 2006 at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on December 22, 1935 to Howard and Amy Davenport who preceded her in death.
She graduated from Wiley High School in June of 1953 and attended Indiana State University where she was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority.
She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Thomas E. Lewis , her son, Michael T. Lewis, her daughter Lora Thornton and her husband Glenn, and grandson, Kyle all of Owensboro .
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 13, 2006 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, at 11:30 a.m. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, and also after 10 a.m. Thursday.
