Ms. Kelley is survived by a daughter, Sarah Lee Spurrier Marksberry of Owensboro; a son, James Kelley Spurrier of Evansville; grandchildren, Shelby Clark, Katie Ryan, Emmalee Ryan, Jacob Spurrier and Benjamin Spurrier; and two great-grandchildren.
Private services will be handled by Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
