Carmen Anthony Spencer, Jr., infant son of Carmen Spencer and Tammie Hamilton of 1505 W. Ninth St, Owensboro, died Tuesday, January 8, 2002, at the Owensboro Mercy Health System.
Other survivors include his paternal grandfather, Gerald Spencer Jr. of West Virginia; paternal grandmother, Christine Spencer of Tennessee; maternal grandparents, Tracy and Larry Kirby of Owensboro; paternal great-grandparents, Patricia and Jim Bell of Philpot; maternal great-grandmother, Betty Hamilton of Owensboro; several uncles and aunts; and several cousins.
Graveside services are 1 P.M. Friday, January 10, 2002 at Elmwood Cemetery in Owensboro.
