Mrs. Howard, previously known as Kaye Jones, 78, of Owensboro, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born in Terre Haute, on March 17, 1939 to her late mother Evelyn Miller Baker and her late stepfather Clyde Baker. Kaye was a businesswoman for several years in the Healthcare industry as a nursing home administrator.
She had a keen mind and was an avid reader of all types of literature. As a young woman, Kaye was an accomplished musician and had mastered playing the violin, clarinet, piano and organ.
Those left to cherish her memory are a daughter, Joy Renee Jones (Hodges); sons, Max Ray Jones II, Phillip Byron Jones; and six grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremy, Harrison, Thad, Samuel and Hannah.
Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory has been entrusted with the arrangements.
