Bruce Cain Lott

Bruce C. Lott, 50, of Philpot died Monday, January 2, 2006 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Born May 5, 1955 in Orangeburg, SC, Mr. Lott was a retired coal miner; of the Baptist faith; and enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sherrie Estes Lott in 2004 , father Paul Lott, and a brother, Glenn Lott.

Survivors include daughters, Amber Lott of Philpot and April Lott of Owensboro; his mother, Betty (and Donald) Gregory of Owensboro; brother, Daniel Lott of Philpot; a sister, Linda Bosley of Naples, FL; and several nieces and nephews.

Services are 2:30 p.m. Thursday, January 5, 2006 at Glenn Funeral Home with Rev. Pete Coble officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4-8 P.M. on Wednesday and after 10 A.M. on Thursday.
