Brittany Nicole Damin

Brittany Nicole Damin, 21, of Owensboro passed away Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Owensboro Medical Health System after a long illness. Born on February 14, 1990, she was a 2008 graduate of Owensboro High School where she played basketball; was a member of St Stephen Cathedral; was an avid U of L fan; enjoyed hunting, fishing and the river camp. She was a member of the Sunset Cruisers Car Club and enjoyed showing her Monte Carlo. Most importantly, she loved her family. Brittany was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Jack and Rose Isbill and Julia and Joseph Damin.

Surviving is her mother, Erica Damin Hall; a brother, Brandon Hall; a sister, Brooke Hall; grandparents, Sheila and Glen Stewart of Owensboro and Art and Charlene Damin of Corydon, KY; an uncle, Dr. Derek (Shauna) Damin of Louisville; cousins, Drew and Trent Damin of Louisville; great-aunts and uncles, Pat and Joe Layson of Owensboro, Mike and Debbie Isbill of Springfield, TN, Alice and Dave Huckstep of Florida, Tom and Janet Damin, Irma and Lee Kavanaugh and Elden Early all of Indiana; and many other cousins and friends that she loved.

Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2011 in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory followed by burial in St Mary Magdalene Cemetery in Sorgho. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3-8 p.m. on Monday and after 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The rosary will be said at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
