Brian Keith Cottrell

Brian Keith Cottrell, 63, of Owensboro passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at his residence. The Muhlenberg County native was born May 4, 1960, to the late Richard Cotrell and Lillian Cotrell Hamilton. Brian served honorable in the Navy and Navy Reserves for eight years.   

In addition to his father, Brian was also preceded in death by his brothers, Tony and Mike Cotrell and his stepfather, Author Hamilton.

Survivors include his mother, Lillian Hamilton; sister, Carolyn Abel (Gene); brother, Roy Cotrell (Vickie).   

Arrangements and burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens with military honors are private.
