Brenda Sue Tague

Brenda Sue Tague, 73, of Owensboro, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2024, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born September 1, 1950, to the late Allen Edward and Juanita Ruth Travis. Brenda enjoyed going to the casino, BBQ’s and cookouts, fishing, camping, shopping, and thrifting. She was a loving person and enjoyed time with her family above all else.  

In addition to her parents, Brenda is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Tague; first husband, Fairley Burnette; son, Johnny Tague; sister, Frances Foster; and granddaughter, Dakota Tague.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Tara Goodman (Greg), Harold Allen “Doodle” Tague (Amanda) and Kayla Isbell (Jordan); grandchildren, Austin Goodman (Journey), Tyler Goodman, Austin Tague, Logan Tague (Erin), and Preston Tague; great-grandchildren, Maleah, Hayden, Addy, Gracie, and Jetson; and several nieces. 

The funeral service for Brenda will be 12 PM Thursday, March 7, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 PM until 7 PM and Thursday 10 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
