Brenda Louise Ferrell Jones

Brenda Louise Ferrell Jones, 63, died Friday, February 6, 2009 at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born on October 1, 1945 to Jean and the late Burvell Ferrell. Mrs. Jones was active in Our Lady of Lourdes Church and was treasurer of the Women's and Children's charities. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her husband Leland Jones; sons, Tony Jones and his wife Karen, and David Jones and his wife Jennifer; a daughter, Stacy Unsel and her husband Bryan; her mother, Jean Farrell; a sister, Pam Leonard and her husband Tommy; a brother Mike Ferrell and his wife Vohnell; and six grandchildren, Randall B. Unsel Jr., Breanna Jones, Arielle Jones, Courtney Jones, Hunter Jones and Chance Jones all of Owensboro, KY.

Services will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. with prayers at 6 p.m. and on Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. at Glenn Funeral Home. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
