Bonnie J. Kirkwood

Bonnie J. (Spain) Kirkwood, 74, of Owensboro, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born in Saco, Missouri to the late John and Mattie (Brewington) Spain.

Bonnie was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, having attended countless sporting events and other activities. Bonnie will be dearly missed by many.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 6 sisters and brothers and a great grandchild.

Bonnie is survived by her husband of 52 years, Harry D. Kirkwood; daughters, Tracy L. Liebert (George) of Owensboro, Pamela E. Dallmeier (Mike) of Henderson County, KY; 8 grandchildren, Cody Cliff, Alyssa and Kirk Liebert, Katie Hargis, Kyle Walker, Anthony, Grant and Abby Dallmeier; 3 great grandchildren, Blake Hargis, Kaylee and Kollin Walker; a brother, Dennis Spain; and many nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at a later date.
