Bonnie L. Gilmore

Bonnie Gilmore, 76, of Maceo, died Friday, February 12, 2010, at her home. She was born August 15, 1933 to the late Vernon and Elva Yount Alcorn in Ringgold, PA. She enjoyed gardening, collecting cookbooks and recipes, UK basketball, NASCAR,

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Darrell and Harold Alcorn, a step-son, George Gilmore, and a step-daughter, Carol Ranson.

Survivors include her husband, Deeny Gilmore, her daughters; Karen (Gary) Austin of Masonville, Sheree Evans and (Paul Boone) of Thomasville, GA, her son, Kenny (Leslie) Parrish of Henderson; her step-children, Bobby (Patricia) Gilmore, Buzzy Atkinson, Billie Wilhite, all of Owensboro, Bessie (James) Luttrell of Maceo; 18 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with visitation from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday and after 12:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
