Bonnie Kay Brannen

Bonnie Kay Brannen, 71, of Owensboro, passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born on March 17, 1942 in Daviess Co. to the late Jesse, Sr. and Jessie McCain Brannen. Bonnie was of the Methodist faith and loved crocheting, ceramics, reading, and art, especially loved to paint scenes. She also loved animals, was a friend to many , and was like a mother to her younger siblings and friends.

Surviving are her daughter, Sally Brannen of Mayfield, two brothers, John Brannen of Schererville, IN and the Rev. Dr. Jesse Brannen, Jr. of Port Neches, TX, and three sisters, Linda McKinney, Mary Coomes, and Juanita Brannen, all of Owensboro.

Services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, September 20, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday and after 9:00 A.M. Friday at the funeral home.
