Bobby Gene Gray

Bobby Gene Gray, 76, of Enterprise, MS (formerly of Owensboro) passed away Sunday, July 17, 2011 at his home. Born October 12, 1934 in Montgomery, AL, he was the son of the late James H. Gray and Jenny Mystice Strenght Gray and was a painter with Local 151 in Evansville. He enjoyed fishing, building things, and having fun. Mr. Gray was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 696. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Nina Bell.

Surviving are his seven children, including Gabrellia M. Taylor, Cheri B. (Billy) Moss, Angel M. Rock, Jennifer C. Gray, Shannon Lancaster Hayes, Jonnie K. (David) Martin, and Robert J. Gray; a brother, Herman D. (Wanda) Gray of Elmore, AL; a sister, Ann McKunize of Enterprise, MS; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 30, 2011 at the Coosa River Cummunity Center in Deatsville, AL.
