Bobbie Harrison Anderson

Bobbie Harrison Anderson, 86, of Owensboro, died Friday, January 18, 2007 at Sellersburg Health and Rehabilitation, Sellersburg, Indiana, where she had been only since late December. A resident of One Park Place in Owensboro, Mrs. Anderson had been employed by General Electric in Owensboro for over 30 years. She was lifelong member of Woodlawn United Methodist Church, loved her church and its members, and was actively involved in the Woodlawners. Mrs. Anderson was a committed sports fan and was a strong supporter of Cardinal baseball and University of Kentucky and Kentucky Wesleyan basketball.

Survivors include her children, David Anderson of Chesterfield, MO and Sheree Royal of Jeffersonville, IN; her sister, Martha Mason of Owensboro; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Services are 10:00 a.m. Monday at Glenn Funeral Home, where visitation will be from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. Sunday and after 9:00 a.m. Monday. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Memorial Fund of Woodlawn United Methodist Church.
