Bill Partridge

Bill Partridge, Sr., 77, of Owensboro, died Saturday, May 12, 2007, at his home. He was born November 19, 1929 to the late Clarence and Helen Frances Boyd Partridge in Spencer County, IN. He retired from Alcoa Aluminum Plant, was a member of Owensboro Christian Church and a member of The Gideons International. He loved playing golf with his wife and friends.

He was preceded in death by his second wife, Betty Partridge, on February 8, 1996.

Survivors include his wife, Patsy Woodward Partridge; his sons, Bill Partridge, II and his wife, Teresa of Avon, IN, Barry Partridge and his wife, Marsha of West Lafayette; IN, his daughters, Kimberly Partridge of New York, NY and Carrie Robinson and her husband, Walter of Patronville, IN; four step-sons, Jack Hedges and his wife, Bonnie, Bryan Hedges and his wife, Kelly, Michael Riggs and Kevin Riggs and his wife, Trixie, all of Owensboro; two step-daughters, Billie Sue Coble and her husband, Darrell of Independence, KS and Sherri Gardner and her husband, Charles Butch of Booneville, IN; eighteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; a brother, Delbert Partridge and his wife, Sue of Louisville, KY.

Services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Shiloh Cemetery in Rockport, IN. Visitation will be 2:00 until 8:00 PM Monday and after 8:30 AM Tuesday at the funeral home.
