William "Bill" Crossley, 65, of Owensboro, died Tuesday, January 11, 2011, at the Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born November 13, 1945 to the late Leo and Dorothy Crossley in Pensacola, FL. He worked at Tyler's Truck Stop and was a member of Lifeline Revival Church. He enjoyed wrestling, collecting knives, and eagles, and was involved in a motorcycle ministry, he attended the Partnership House and loved Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
Survivors include his wife, Carole Crossley of Owensboro; his sons, Frank (Amber) Wilhite, Timmy Wilhite, all of Owensboro, two daughters, Amanda (Jeremy) Pate and Monica Wooldridge, all of Owensboro; several grandchildren; his sister, Carolyn McLimore (Timothy) Donahue of Leitchfield, his brother, Joe Strachan of Pontiac, MI; his nieces, Michelle McLimore of Leitchfield, and Serenna Donahue of Tell City, IN, great nieces and nephews, and his friends at the Partnership House.
Services will be 12:00 PM Friday, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday and after 10:00 AM Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lifeline Revival Center, 2808 West 2nd Street, Owensboro, KY 42301.
