Beverly Allen Walker

Beverly Allen Walker, 77, passed away Tuesday April 4, 2017 while under the care of the staff at Wellington Parc. Beverly was born in Owensboro on October 7, 1939 to the late George Allen Theiss and Minola Marshall. She was a long-time member of Hall Street Baptist Church where she spent time volunteering. Beverly spent time being a Cub Scout den mother, loved to read and her favorite time was time spent with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, James E. Walker.

Those left here to cherish her memory are two daughters, Wenda Howard and her husband Willis, and Tammy Brown; a son, Dale Walker; two sisters, Cheryl Henderson and Lisa Lacy; a brother, Leland Marshall; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 12 PM Saturday April 8, 2017 in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be on Friday from 3 PM till 7 PM and on Saturday at 10AM until time of service.
