Beulah Fay Francis

Fay Kelley Francis, 64, of Phoenix, Az., formerly of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2004, at Kindred Hospital in Phoenix. She was born in Daviess Co., Ky.and had worked for many years as a cook and waitress in restaurant service. She had attended Settle Memorial United Methodist Church and was a member of the Am Vets Ladies Auxilary. She was preceded in death by her husband Lowell W. Francis on January 5, 2001.

Surviving is 3 sons, John Fraim of Owensboro, Randy Mackey of Phoenix, Az. and James Barnett of Clinton, Michigan, six brothers, James Kelley of Louisville, Benny Kelley of Winslow, In., David Kelley and Danny Kelley, both of Owensboro, Bill Head of Frankfort, Ky., and Kenny Head of Nashville, Tn., four sisters, Ellen Waltrip, Helen Casey, Brenda Alexander, and Barbara Whitaker, all of Owensboro, and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, April 18 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with entombment in Christ Chapel at Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Saturday and after 12 Noon Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wendell Fosters Campus for Developmental Disabilities, 815 Triplett St., Owensboro, Ky. 42303.
