Betty Worth Storm, 69, of Philpot, Kentucky, died Monday, May 5, 2008 at Owensboro Medical Health System. Mrs. Storm was retired from GE and was an avid gardner and dog lover. She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Storm and by her son, Melvin J. Storm.
Survivors include her son, Marvin R. Storm of Hawesville; grandchildren, Emily and Colton Storm; a brother, David Worth (Delores) of Philpot, and her canine companion, Snowball.
Services will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. at Glenn Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and after 8:30 a.m. on Thursday. Burial will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
