Betty Pauline Reeder

Betty Pauline Reeder, 73, of Owensboro, Kentucky, died Sunday, August 21, 2011, at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was a member of Blessed Mother, retired from Swedish Match, and enjoyed walking in the park and caring for others. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Mary Linnie Howard Bowlds; a sister, Janet Schartung; and brother-in-law, Fred Seib.

She is survived by her husband, Rudy Reeder; brother, Sherman Bowlds (Helen) of Nashville, TN; sister, Jean Seib of Richland, IN; nieces, Angela Taylor (Scott) and Stacy Holcomb; 3 step-children; 5 nieces; 4 nephews and many other great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Blessed Mother Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be in St. Anthony Church Cemetery.
